These general terms of sale and use (“Terms”) govern access to the Site and any vehicle order placed with Lee Motors. By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted them without reservation.
Lee Motors offers matching, price simulation and ordering of new vehicles imported from China, delivered at the port or customs-cleared depending on the destination country.
Users agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quote, placing an order or creating a customer account, and not to misuse the Site.
An order is confirmed once the vehicle configuration and displayed price are validated and the indicative deposit is paid. An order number and a private tracking code are provided to the customer.
Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) as the reference contract currency, with an indicative conversion into the local currency. The final price is locked at the time of order, subject to the inclusions and exclusions stated in the summary.
The deposit can be paid using the payment methods offered on the Site (Wave, Orange Money, MTN Money, Moov Money, international card, bank transfer). The balance is settled under terms agreed with the advisor before delivery.
The vehicle is delivered at the port or customs-cleared, depending on the chosen mode and delivery country. Lead times provided are estimates and depend on production, shipping and customs stages.
Cancellation, modification and refund conditions applicable to an imported vehicle order are specified by the Lee Motors advisor when confirming the order. [TO BE COMPLETED — final cancellation/withdrawal policy].

Lee Motors cannot be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its control (customs, sea transport, force majeure).
Any complaint can be sent to our customer service via WhatsApp or the contact form. Failing an amicable resolution, disputes fall under the competent courts of Abidjan.
These Terms are governed by the law of Côte d’Ivoire.
